Lancia & C Fabbrica Automobili, commonly known as Lancia, was an Italian automobile manufacturer founded in 1906.

On 22 November 1965, Lancia was seeking to expand its presence in new markets and establish a stronger foothold in the automotive industry. Recognizing the potential of collaboration, Lancia entered a partnership with Amine Bazerji & Sons. The Bazerji company, known for its expertise in automotive distribution, sales, and after-sales services, proved to be an ideal collaborator for Lancia’s expansion plans.
Under the agreement, Amine Bazerji & Sons became the exclusive distributor of Lancia vehicles in Lebanon.

However, in 2012, the import of Lancia vehicles to Lebanon was interrupted.
